Grilled German Pork Skewers
A delicious and simple recipe for German-style pork skewers, marinated in a mix of herbs and spices, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup chopped onionfor marinating
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyfor marinating

- β1/2 tsp black pepperfor seasoning

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, dijon mustard, chopped onion, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
