Sesame Crusted Doraji Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry featuring the unique flavor of doraji, with a crunchy sesame crust. This dish is a great way to experience the delicate taste of doraji.
Ingredients
- β1 bunch Doraji
- β2 tbsp Light olive oilfor stir-frying
- β2 tbsp Sesame seedsfor coating
- β1 tsp Algerian spices
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Rice vinegar
- β1 bunch Scallionschopped

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add doraji and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.
