Middle Eastern Hazelnut Chicken Wrap
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with roasted chicken, crunchy hazelnuts, and creamy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β1/2 cup Hazelnuts
- β1 Middle Eastern wrap
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce
- β1/2 cup Red onion
- β1/2 cup Cucumber
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, toast the hazelnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until fragrant.

In a small bowl, mix together the tzatziki sauce and chopped parsley.

Once the chicken is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the tzatziki sauce on the wrap, followed by the sliced chicken, toasted hazelnuts, red onion, cucumber, and a sprinkle of parsley.
