Gratin Courgettes with Mediterranean Flair
A delicious and flavorful keto side dish made with courgettes, roasted garlic, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs.

- ●1 tsp Mediterranean seasoning
- ●2 tbsp Light olive oil
- ●1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the courgettes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a large skillet, heat the light olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced courgettes and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.

Add the roasted garlic and Mediterranean seasoning to the skillet and stir to combine.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the courgettes are tender and lightly browned.
