Jamaican Tofu Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry featuring marinated tofu and a blend of Jamaican herbs. Serve over rice or noodles for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) tofu
- β2 tbsp light soy sauce
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β1 large bell pepper
- β1 tsp jamaican herbs
- β2 tbsp stir fry sauce
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
Instructions

Marinate the tofu in light soy sauce, olive oil, and Jamaican herbs for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender.

Add the marinated tofu and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.

Add the stir fry sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
