Stir-Fried Tofu with Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofudrained and cut into small cubes
- β2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Light Soy Sauceor to taste
- β1 tbsp Herbal Oilsuch as sesame or vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β1 medium Bell Pepperthinly sliced
- β1 cup Snow Peastrimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1/4 cup Green Onionsthinly sliced

1. Heat the herbal oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
