Spanish Paella
A traditional Spanish dish made with saffron-infused rice, vegetables, and savory meats.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Spanish rice
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 cups light vegetable broth
- β1 tablespoon paella
- β1 red bell pepper
- β1 zucchini
- β1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste sea salt
- βto taste black pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced red bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.

Add the Spanish rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the vegetable broth, 1 cup at a time, stirring constantly and allowing each cup to absorb before adding the next.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is tender.
