Beef Stroganoff Wrap
A twist on the classic Russian dish, served in a tasty beef wrap.
Ingredients
- β8 oz beefsirloin, sliced
- β1 light, fluffy russian wraplarge
- β2 cups beef brothlow sodium
- β1/2 cup sour creamplain
- β1 tsp dijon mustardoptional
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyoptional
- β salt and pepper

1. Slice the beef into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add the beef broth and bring to a simmer.

6. Stir in the sour cream and mustard (if using).

7. Return the beef to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

9. Warm the wrap in the microwave or oven.

10. Assemble the wrap by spooning the beef mixture onto the center of the wrap.
