Filipino-Style Bihon Stir Fry
A traditional Filipino dish made with bihon noodles, vegetables, and a savory sauce. This gluten-free version is perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 package (8 oz) Bihon Noodlesgluten-free bihon noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oilfor stir-frying

- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Char Siu Filletsliced, cooked
- β2 tablespoons Light Soy Saucefor marinade and stir-fry
- β1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce (optional)for added flavor
- βto taste Salt and Pepperfor seasoning

Cook bihon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

Add sliced char siu fillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Add cooked bihon noodles, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce (if using) to the skillet.
