Argentinian Vegetable Tart
A delicious vegetarian tart with a crumbly crust and a variety of roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 sheet Puff PastryThawed
- β1 medium Red Onion
- β1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper
- β1 medium Red Bell Pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil

1. Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

3. Transfer the pastry to a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

4. In a large bowl, combine the red onion, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, and garlic.

5. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat.

6. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
