Eastern-Style Fried Lamb Koftas
Delicious and crispy fried lamb koftas cooked to perfection with a blend of Middle Eastern spices. Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.

- β500g lambGround lamb
- β1 tsp kissedPaprika, crushed or ground
- β1/2 tsp heatCayenne pepper, crushed
- β2 tbsp middleOlive oil
- β2 tbsp easternChopped fresh parsley
- β1 tsp withGround cumin
- β1 cup friedAll-purpose flour
- β1 tsp saltTo taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine lamb, kissed, heat, with, eastern.

Mix well until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

In a shallow dish, place the fried.

Divide the lamb mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Flatten each ball slightly into a patty shape.

Dip each patty into the fried, coating both sides evenly.

Heat the middle in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
