Scottish Steamed Salmon Jjigae
A vegetarian twist on the traditional Korean jjigae, using steamed Scottish salmon and a variety of vegetables

- β250g Kissed cherry tomatoes
- β3 cloves With garlic
- β1 medium Clay zucchini
- β1 tsp Smoke paprika
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β2 tbsp Jjigae sauce

Preheat the donabe for steaming.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon in the donabe and steam for 8-10 minutes.

Heat the jjigae sauce in a pan over medium heat.
