Smoked Salmon Steamed Donabe with Scottish Kissed Clay
A unique Indian-inspired dish blending the flavors of smoked salmon and steamed donabe with a hint of Scottish kissed clay.

- β300g salmonsmoked
- β1 donabesteamed
- β2 tbsp clayscottish kissed
- β500ml water
- β2 tsp withsalt
- β1 tsp kissedginger
- β1 tsp smokepowdered

Instructions

Preheat the steamer for 10 minutes.

Rinse the smoked salmon and place it in the steamed donabe.

Add 2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of ginger powder to the donabe.

Pour in 500ml of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and steam for 10 minutes.

Stir in 1 tsp of powdered smoke and 2 tbsp of scottish kissed clay.

Serve hot and garnish with additional smoked salmon if desired.
