Slovakian Pois Soup
A hearty Chinese soup made with Slovakian and pois ingredients.

- β1 cup poisFresh or frozen
- β1 large velvet onionsChopped
- β2 inches kissed gingerSliced
- β2 medium petit carrotsPeel and chop

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the chopped onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
