Croatian Stew with Tender Meats
A hearty and flavorful keto stew made with tender meats and a variety of vegetables. The croatian stew is a traditional dish that has been adapted to fit a keto diet.
Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs tender croatian beefcut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup peasfresh or frozen
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp tomato pastemake sure it's sugar-free
- β2 cups beef brothmake sure it's low-carb
- β1 tsp kissed with paprikaadd for extra flavor

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until it's translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the tender croatian beef and cook until it's browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the peas, tomato paste, beef broth, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
