Croatian Beef Stew

- ●1 cup stewhomemade or store-bought
- ●250g peasfresh or frozen

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the beef cubes until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.

Add more oil if necessary, then sauté the stew for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
