Creamy Risotto with Nano and Vialone Rice
A rich and creamy risotto dish using Nano and Vialone rice, infused with a hint of French spices.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Vialone rice
- β1 cup Nano rice
- β1 medium French onion
- β1 tsp Spicy kiss
- β2 tbsp Kissed butter
- β1/2 cup Gratin cheese
- β1/4 cup White wine
- β2 cups Chicken broth
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the French onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Spicy kiss and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add the Vialone and Nano rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Add the White wine and cook until absorbed, about 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup of Chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until absorbed.

Repeat the process of adding the broth in 1 cup increments, until the rice is cooked and creamy, about 20-25 minutes.

Stir in the Gratin cheese until melted.

Season with Salt and Black pepper to taste.
