- β2 tablespoons smoky indian curry powderadjust to taste
- β1/4 cup coconut oil
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup curry leaveschopped
- β1 cup chicken brothgluten-free
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat
- β1 teaspoon salt
