Smoky Egyptian Kebabs with Spicy Falafel Sauce

- β1 pound Smoky Kebabs (Lamb)Cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup, crumbled Falafel
- β1 tablespoon Egyptian SpicesMix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup, sliced Olives
- β1 medium OnionsChopped
- β2 medium TomatoesDiced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, mix together kebabs, Egyptian spices, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil.

Thread kebabs onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, combine falafel, olives, onions, and tomatoes in a bowl.

Note: To make spicy falafel sauce, blend falafel, garlic, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
