Chicken Galette with Herb Crust
A French-inspired dish featuring a flaky pastry crust infused with herbs and topped with tender chicken.

- β1 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon pepperto taste

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the herbal galette dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Place the chicken breast in the center of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around it.

Sprinkle the thyme, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
