Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic North African-inspired dish made with chicken, kissed olives, and french herbs.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β1/4 cup kissed olives
- β2 sprigs french thyme
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1/4 cup french parsley
- β2 teaspoons tagine spice blend
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the thyme, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Stir in the kissed olives and tagine spice blend.

Serve hot, garnished with french parsley.
