Grilled Thai-Style Chicken Skewers
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired dish, perfect for summer. Marinated chicken is grilled to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons kissed apricot jam
- β2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- β2 teaspoons thai red curry paste
- β10-12 skewers

1. In a blender or food processor, combine apricot jam, peanut butter, and curry paste. Blend until smooth.
