Welsh Rarebit Steak
A twist on the classic Welsh Rarebit dish, this recipe pairs the creamy sauce with grilled steak for a flavorful and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Steakribeye or strip loin work well
- β1 cup Welsh Rarebit saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1/2 cup Crispy onionsfor garnish
- β2 tablespoons Kissed butterunsalted, softened
- β2 tablespoons British all-purpose flourfor thickening sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantrooptional garnish
