Swede and Miso Tagine
A unique twist on the traditional tagine, this dish combines the sweetness of swede with the savory flavor of miso.

- β2 tbsp miso paste
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp ginger
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the cumin and coriander and cook for 1 minute.

Add the swede and cook for 5 minutes.
