Keto Apple Wonton Soup
A keto twist on traditional wonton soup, featuring tender wontons filled with a sweet apple filling, served in a savory broth.
Ingredients
- β1 package (about 20 wrappers) Buttery Wonton Wrappers
- β1 large Cox Apple, diced
- β1/2 cup Kissed Pork Fillingmix with 1/4 cup chopped scallions and 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β4 cups Chicken Broth
- β1 teaspoon Chinese Soup Spicesmix of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil
- β2 tablespoons Keto-Friendly Cooking Oil
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the Kissed Pork Filling ingredients.

3. Lay a Buttery Wonton Wrapper on a flat surface and place a small spoonful of the pork filling in the center of the wrapper.

4. Dip your finger in a small amount of Keto-Friendly Cooking Oil and run it along the edges of the wrapper.

5. Fold the wrapper into a triangle by bringing the two opposite corners together to form a point, pressing the edges together to seal the wonton.

6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

7. In a large pot, heat the Chicken Broth over medium-high heat until it starts to simmer.

8. Add the Chinese Soup Spices and stir to combine.

9. Carefully add the wontons to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

10. Add the diced Cox Apple to the pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
