Kiddie Casserole with Polish Sausage and Cod
A kid-friendly casserole with polish sausage and cod, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This hearty dish is a great way to get the whole family to eat together.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Polish sausagesuch as kielbasa
- β2 pounds Cod fish filletsfresh or frozen
- β1 medium-sized Casserolefor the base of the dish
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 can Cream of mushroom soup10.5 oz
- β1 cup Milk2% or whole
- β1 cup Shredded cheddar cheeseshredded

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Cook the polish sausage in a pan over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk to the pan and stir until combined.

Cut the cod fish into 1-inch pieces and add it to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the casserole base to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour the polish sausage and cod mixture over the casserole base.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dish.
