Pan-Fried Ukrainian Dumplings with Mushroom and Kick Sauce
A hearty Ukrainian dish filled with sautéed mushrooms and served with a spicy kick sauce.

- ●1 cup Mushroombutton or cremini
- ●1/4 cup Kicky Saucesee instructions
- ●2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the mushrooms and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Ukrainian dumplings to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Serve the dumplings with the sautéed mushrooms and a side of kicky sauce (see below).

To make kicky sauce, mix together 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
