Spicy Kitfo Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired dish featuring kicky kitfo, peppery greens, and a hint of Ethiopian spices.

Ingredients
- β8 oz Kitfo (Ethiopian-style raw ground beef)
- β6 oz Corned beef
- β1/4 cup Kicked pepperany color
- β2 tsp Ethiopian spice mixniter kibbeh or berbere
- β2 tbsp Sesame oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped
- β1 cup Ricecooked

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the kicked pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the corned beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
