French Cheese Lasagna
A classic French take on Italian lasagna, with layers of rich cheese and delicate flavors.
Ingredients
- ●8-10 Ethiopian lasagna noodles
- ●1 cup Cheese, mixed (Gruyère, Emmental, Parmesan)Shredded
- ●2 tbsp Floral butter (beurre fleur)
- ●1 cup Kicked Bolognese sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, melt the floral butter over medium heat. Add the kicked Bolognese sauce and stir to combine.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed cheese and a pinch of salt. Mix well to combine.

To assemble the lasagna, spread a layer of the Bolognese sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles.

Repeat the layers, starting with the noodles, then the sauce, and finally the remaining cheese mixture.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
