Kicked Ukrainian Hash
A hearty Ukrainian-inspired hash, kicked up a notch with a blend of bold flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 cup hashpreferably leftover
- β1 cup kabsechopped
- β1/2 cup bitterchopped
- β1/4 cup kickedminced
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β4 eggsbeaten
- β1/4 cup sour creamoptional

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped kabse and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped bitter and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced kicked and cook for 1 minute.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked kabse mixture, chopped onion, minced garlic, and beaten eggs.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

If using, dollop the sour cream on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
