Kicked Up Thai Hash
A Thai-inspired hash made with kicked beef, onions, and hash browns, perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- β1 lb kicked beefground beef with a spicy kick
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cups hash brownsshredded potatoes
- β1 small bitter melonchopped
- β2 tbsp kabse sauceThai chili sauce
- βto taste ukrainian salt
- β2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped bitter melon and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the shredded potatoes and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the kabse sauce and cook for an additional minute.

Season with ukrainian salt to taste.
