Japanese-Style Sausage Wrap
A fusion of Japanese and Western flavors, this simple yet satisfying wrap is perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced SausageYou can use any type of sausage you like, but Japanese-style sausage is recommended
- β4-6 WrapYou can use any type of wrap, but rice flour or whole wheat wraps are recommended
- β1/4 cup, sliced KabanosKabanos adds a nice smoky flavor to the wrap
- β1/4 cup, sliced DelightDelight adds a sweet and crunchy texture to the wrap
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oilFor brushing the wraps and adding flavor
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceFor added flavor
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegarFor added flavor
- β1 tablespoon, grated GingerFor added flavor

2. Brush the wraps with sesame oil and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until crispy.

3. Slice the sausage into thin rounds and cook in a pan over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the sliced kabanos and delight to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
