Syrian-Style Grilled Steak Kebabs
A flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring juicy steak and syrian spices, served with a side of grilled kebabs.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Syrian Spice Blendstore-bought or homemade blend of cumin, coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice
- β1/4 cup Olive Oilfor brushing the grill and kebabs
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juicefor marinating the kebabs
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β1 cup Kebabsskewers of marinated vegetables or meat of your choice
