Polish Trout Pilaf
A flavorful and nutritious pilaf dish infused with the delicate taste of trout, perfect for a dinner meal.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Trout fillet
- β6 oz Polish sausage
- β1 cup Pilaf
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1/2 cup Onionsliced
- β1 clove Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Add Polish sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add pilaf to the skillet and stir to combine with sausage and onion mixture.

Add trout fillet to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
