Argentinian Duck Wrap

- β1 Wrapflour or corn tortilla
- β2 tbsp Chimichurri
- β Salt and pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro

Season the duck breast with salt and pepper.

Grill the duck breast until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).

Let the duck rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Grill the red bell pepper and red onion until tender.

Warm the wrap in a dry pan or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
