Palak Gobi Aloo
A popular North Indian dish made with broccoli, potatoes, and spinach. Palak Gobi Aloo is a flavorful and nutritious vegetarian dish that is rich in vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients

- β2 medium aloos
- β1 cup gobi
- β1 bunch palak
- β2 tsp gheeclarified butter
- β1 tsp cumin seeds
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- β1 tsp garam masala
- βto taste salt

Wash and chop the broccoli into florets.

Boil the florets in water until they are tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Add the chopped potatoes and cook until they are tender.

Add the broccoli florets, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add the chopped spinach and mix well.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
