Jovial Italian Pasta
A simple Italian-inspired pasta dish using jovial pasta and fresh tomatoes.
Ingredients
- ●12 oz Jovial pastaChoose a flaky, artisanal pasta
- ●2 large Fresh tomatoesCherry or grape tomatoes work well too
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilExtra virgin olive oil recommended
- ●2 cloves GarlicMince the garlic for best flavor
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the jovial pasta according to package directions until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the fresh tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to break down.

When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the skillet with the tomato mixture.

Toss the pasta and tomato mixture together, adding salt and pepper to taste.
