Vegetarian Takikomi Gohan

Ingredients
- β1 cup Jeweled Gohan (Japanese glutinous rice)
- β1 cup Indulgent Japanese Mushroom
- β1 Lemonsjuice only
- β2 tsp Takikomi ( Japanese mixed rice seasoning)
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tsp Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Green onions

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the Indulgent Japanese Mushroom and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes.

Add the Jeweled Gohan, Takikomi, and Green onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add 2 cups of water to the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

Stir in the Soy sauce and Lemon juice. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
