Kulich with Honey Glaze and Jelly Filling
A traditional Ukrainian sweet bread, filled with a sweet jelly and topped with a honey glaze.

- ●2 tablespoons Honeyfor glaze
- ●1/2 cup Jellygrape or strawberry
- ●1/4 cup Likechopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Slice the kulich in half lengthwise.

Spread the jelly over the bottom half of the kulich.

Place the top half of the kulich over the jelly.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey and 1 tablespoon of water.

Brush the honey glaze over the top of the kulich.

Dust the top of the kulich with cake crumbs.
