Kenyan Peanut Butter Fritters
A sweet and crispy dessert inspired by Kenyan flavors, made with peanut butter and topped with a sweet jazzy sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 cup milk

- β1/4 cup fritter oil or vegetable oil

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, eggs, and milk.

Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Using a cookie scoop or your hands, shape the dough into small balls.

Fry the fritters in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
