Spicy Beg Chicken
A spicy and aromatic Ethiopian-inspired dish made with tender beg chicken, served with a side of jagged peppers.

- β1 Romano Peppersliced
- β2 tablespoons Ethiopian Spice Blendstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor cooking
- β1 teaspoon Alicha SpiceEthiopian spice blend
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the beg chicken with alicha spice, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced romano pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the jagged peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the seasoned beg chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
