Jagged Pepper Chicken Tikka Masala
A popular Indian-inspired dish made with tender chicken, jagged peppers and a rich, creamy sauce. Serve over basmati rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β2 jagged peppers
- β1/2 cup romano cheese
- β2 tablespoons ye
- β1 beg onions
- β1 teaspoon alicha spice
- β1 teaspoon pepper
- β1 teaspoon garam masala
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β1/2 cup coconut milk

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a blender or food processor, combine ye, alica spice, garam masala, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the blended spice mixture, chicken, and romano cheese. Mix well to coat.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the sliced beg onions and cook until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the jagged peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and coconut milk. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add the cooked chicken to the saucepan and toss to coat with the sauce.
