Thai Tacos
A fusion of Thai and Mexican flavors in a taco. The delicate fish is marinated in a mix of Thai spices and herbs, then pan-seared to perfection and served in a crispy taco shell.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Fish Fillet
- β4-6 Taco Shells
- β2 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
- β1/2 cup Diced Onion
- β1/2 cup Diced Bell Pepper

1. In a small bowl, mix together the Thai red curry paste, fish sauce, and lime juice.
