Turkish-Style Dolma with Peanut Sauce
A twist on traditional dolma, this Mexican-inspired dish combines the flavors of Turkish dolma with the richness of peanut sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients

- β1 package turkish dolma wrappersavailable at most Middle Eastern grocery stores
- β1/2 cup peanutsunsalted and unsweetened
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp cumin spices1 tsp paprika

In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, onion mixture, and spices.

Stuff each dolma wrapper with the rice mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.

Fold the top of each wrapper over the filling and secure with a toothpick.

In a separate pan, toast the peanuts over medium heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
