Jamaican Beef Hash
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired dish made with ground beef, onions, and Jamaican seasoning.

- β2 medium onionchopped
- β2 tsp Jamaican seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β250g hash brownspre-made or homemade
- β1 tsp cuminground
- β1 tsp corianderground
- β1 tsp garam masalastore-bought or homemade
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onions and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add Jamaican seasoning, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in hash browns and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Shape the mixture into patties or a flat layer.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side, until the hash is crispy and the beef is cooked through.
