Turkish Lentil Pilaf
A hearty, comforting Turkish-inspired dish made with lentils and spices, perfect for a quick and easy meal. This pilaf is a staple in Turkish cuisine, often served with a side of salad or yogurt.
Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon Turkish Savory Spice Blend
- β1 cup Rice
- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
