Russian Natto Pilaf
A spicy Mexican twist on traditional Russian pilaf, incorporating intense, velvety natto for added richness.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Russian Nattodrained and rinsed
- β1 cup Pilafuncooked
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 tsp Cuminground
- β1 tsp Chili powderground
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cumin and chili powder, and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the pilaf and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.

Add the Russian natto and stir to combine.
