Greek Lentil Stew with Dolmades
A hearty and flavorful stew made with red lentils, aromatic spices, and the tangy twist of Greek dolmades.
Ingredients
- β1 cup red lentils
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 medium carrot
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 can Greek tomato sauce
- β4-6 dolmades
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon oregano

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the carrot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the cumin and oregano, and cook for 1 minute.
