Thai Cod Fish Fritters with Chips
Crispy Thai-style fish fritters served with a side of crunchy chips.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Cod FishDiced
- β2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- β2 Chopped Green Chili
- β1/4 cup Chopped Shallots
- β2 tsp Thai Red Curry Paste
- β1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- β1 cup Vegetable Oil
- β2 large PotatoesFor chips

1. In a large bowl, combine cod fish, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, green chili, shallots, and Thai red curry paste. Mix well.

2. Add all-purpose flour to the bowl and mix until the fish mixture is well coated.

3. Divide the fish mixture into small balls and flatten slightly into patties.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

5. Fry the fish fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

6. Drain the fritters on paper towels.

7. Slice the potatoes into thin strips and soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
