French-Style Turkey Mince Pasta
A quick and flavorful pasta dish with lean turkey mince, ideal for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β450g turkey mince
- β250g pasta (linguine)preferably gluten-free
- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β2 tsp italian seasonings
- β2 tbsp light olive oil
- β200g cherry tomatoes
- β50g grated parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the turkey mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the Italian seasonings and cherry tomatoes to the pan. Stir to combine.

Simmer the mixture for 5-7 minutes, until the flavors have melded together and the tomatoes have broken down.
